Born in Fresno, April Carter is a Central Valley native. April’s college years were spent in southern California, where she obtained a bachelor’s degree in communications at California State University of Northridge. With 10 years of experience in sales and account management, April is accomplished in building and maintaining long-term client relationships. April started her commercial real estate career at Commercial Retail Associates in 2024. Her focus is the exclusive representation of retailers in the Central Valley and the Central Coast.
