Bryan Cifranic began his career in commercial real estate in 2006 with the Co-Star group, a national commercial real estate research company. In 2007 he joined Commercial Retail Associates (CRA) specializing in the sale of net-leased retail investment properties located throughout California. Since joining CRA, Bryan has been involved in the successful sale of more than $155,000,000 in commercial and investment properties. Bryan has been recognized as a Top Producer at CRA since 2011 and was a recipient of the CoStar Power Broker Award for Top Sales Broker in the Fresno region in 2014 and 2016. Bryan is also part of the CRA leasing team and plays a primary role in the proactive marketing of several regional, community, and neighborhood shopping centers located throughout Central California.
