Nick Rendino proudly joined Commercial Retail Associates in 2024 specializing in retail property sales, leasing, tenant and landlord representation, and investment property acquisitions and dispositions. With more than 18 years of experience, Nick has successfully represented a wide range of clients — from local businesses to national brands — providing strategic real estate solutions that drive growth and maximize asset value.
Nick began his commercial real estate career with CBRE and Colliers Tingey International where he built a foundation in retail brokerage that continues to guide his work today. He is proud to note that his very first clients from nearly two decades ago continue to work with him, many of whom have since become close personal friends — a testament to the trust, loyalty, and long-term relationships he has built throughout his career.
Over the years, Nick has served as the exclusive broker representative for Walmart Realty in Central California and Sprint Telecommunications Corporation. He has also managed multi-county expansion strategies for Valley First Credit Union, guiding the acquisition and disposition of branch locations across the region. His work includes site selection, portfolio optimization, and investment sourcing, with a proven track record of delivering results for clients in competitive markets.

Nick is a graduate of California State University, Fresno, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Arts/Advertising. He is a licensed California Real Estate Agent (DRE #01431389). When not at the office, Nick enjoys spending time with family and friends cooking, golfing, surfing, skiing or boating.
