Nic Negri was born and raised in Clovis, California. He started his commercial real estate career at Commercial Retail Associates in March of 2023. Prior to, he worked within the agricultural and technology industries. His primary focus is the exclusive representation of retailer’s in the Central Valley and the Central Coast. In addition to tenant representation he is active in shopping center leasing for existing centers and multiple new construction projects around the Central Valley.
Nic is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers as well as the Retail Brokers Network for the West Coast.
